Once you've selected your bar option, it's time to choose your preferred package. From our standard package to our premium offerings, we have something to cater to every taste and budget! All packages start with 4 hours of service and 2 bartenders.

Bar Onsite

If you're proceeding with hosting your event at a venue that already boasts an existing bar, our Onsite Package is tailor-made for you! Revel in all the perks of Velvet Alchemy's top-notch service right from behind the venue's own bar. You can still savor all of our delectable menu options, from our handcrafted cocktails to our organic mixers, seamlessly with this package. $125 setup fee.

Satellite Bar

At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we are proud to introduce The Elixir Bar, our charming handmade pop-up bar that is perfect for events with limited space. The Elixir Bar offers a versatile solution for hosting both indoor and outdoor gatherings, ensuring that your guests can enjoy top-notch bartending services no matter the venue restrictions. $250 setup fee.

Camper Bar

Our newest addition to the Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits family - the unique camper bar, perfect for catering outdoor events with ample space for all your guests. This custom-built mobile bar trailer is designed to bring the party to any outdoor venue, offering a wide range of beverage options including beer taps and a charming aesthetic that will elevate any event. $800 setup fee.

The Tincture Package

$.50 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

Client provides alcohol, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, water, ice, garnishes.

The Tonic Package

$1.00 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

The Libation Package

$2.00 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

Client provides alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we understand the importance of transparency and cost savings for our clients. As per Colorado liquor laws, alcohol for mobile bars must be purchased separately by the client. This unique approach allows our clients to save money by purchasing their alcohol directly at retail pricing, either from their favorite store or our preferred vendor store. On the event day, the vendor will deliver product to the venue or we can pick up if your event is outside the delivery zone. We take pride in the fact that we do not apply any markup on the alcohol purchased, and we meticulously calculate and manage all your liquor needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. All unused unopened alcohol after the event can be returned for a refund or taken home. Cheers to a hassle-free and budget-friendly bar service with Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits!
