Yes! We carry general liability and liquor liability. Our bartenders are Tips Certified!

Can I Decorate the Bar with my Themed Decor?

Yes! We can accommodate adding in additional florals/decor that match your theme. We can even create a custom wooden sign with your names, event dates, logo, design etc. Just mention in the inquiry form!

Do you Travel Anywhere in Colorado?

Yes we do! We include 100 miles round trip from Denver metro area. Anything over 100 miles is charged at a rate of $2 per mile.

What about Tips?

We are happy to offer two options. Bartenders can put out a discreet tip jar along with a QR code. If you prefer to skip the tip jar, you have the option to “buy the tip jar” & a 20% gratuity fee will be added to your invoice. Bartenders will directly receive 100% of tips.

What Happens if I need to cancel or Reschedule my event?

We require 50% of the event fee at the time of booking & contract acceptance to formally secure your date. This amount is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of your event. Cancellation within 30 days of your event, we will still refund any payments less a $250 cancellation fee. Final payment is due 30 days before the event. We will happily reschedule your event at no charge if the new date is available.

What Forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through ACH and all major credit cards. If booking more than a year in advance we can work with you on an installment plan of 4 payments.

Do you sell the alcohol?

At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we understand the importance of transparency and cost savings for our clients. As per Colorado liquor laws, alcohol for mobile bars must be purchased separately by the client. This unique approach allows our clients to save money by purchasing their alcohol directly at retail pricing, either from their favorite store or our preferred vendor store. Most of our vendor partners will deliver directly to the venue on day of event. We take pride in the fact that we do not apply any markup on the alcohol purchased, and we meticulously calculate and manage all your liquor needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. All unused unopened alcohol after the event can be returned for a refund or taken home by the host.

Can VeLvet ALchemy serve in a public park?

Yes! We ask that you verify with local parks and rec department for any necessary permits.

Can We Try the Cocktails ahead of time?

Great idea! We offer a pre event cocktail tasting for $250. Grab a couple friends because we will do a tasting of up 4 cocktails for 4 people. We will even include an artisan charcuterie platter to complete the tasting.
