At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we offer a variety of bar options to suit your event needs. Whether you have an existing bar onsite or would prefer our elegant portable bar setup or a charming bar trailer, we have just the right fit for you!

Choose Your Preferred Package

From our standard package to our premium offerings, we have something to cater to every taste and budget! All packages start with 2 hours of service and at least 1 bartender. All packages include use of all necessary and prudent bar tools, bar mats, coolers, ice bins, beverage dispensers, tables, tablecloths, decorations, etc.

Bar Onsite

If you're proceeding with hosting your event at a venue that already boasts an existing bar, our Onsite Package is tailor-made for you! Revel in all the perks of Velvet Alchemy's top-notch service right from behind the venue's own bar. You can still savor all of our delectable menu options, from our handcrafted cocktails to our organic mixers, seamlessly with this package.

$150 setup fee.

Satellite Bar

At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we are proud to introduce The Elixir Bar, our charming handmade pop-up bar that is perfect for events with limited space. The Elixir Bar offers a versatile solution for hosting both indoor and outdoor gatherings, ensuring that your guests can enjoy top-notch bartending services no matter the venue restrictions.

$150 set up fee + $75 per hour rental fee, not to exceed $600.

Bar Trailer

If you prefer a grand outdoor bar setup, consider the option of a camper bar or horse bar trailer. We collaborate with trusted partners to contract your preferred bar trailer for your event, ensuring a seamless and stylish experience. This is ideal for outdoor events with ample space, providing a unique and memorable focal point for your guests to enjoy.

$1000 setup fee + delivery fee based on distance.

Tincture Package

$.50 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

Client provides alcohol, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, water, ice, garnishes.

Tonic Package

$1.00 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

Client provides alcohol, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Eco-friendly compostable cups

  • Beverage napkins/straws

  • Basic garnishes

  • Simple syrup

Libation Package

$2.00 per guest, per hour. Bookings start with 2 hours of service and one bartender at $75/hour. All bookings over 50 guests require a second bartender.

Client provides alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

At Velvet Alchemy Mobile Spirits, we understand the importance of transparency and cost savings for our clients. As per Colorado liquor laws, alcohol for mobile bars must be purchased separately by the client. This unique approach allows our clients to save money by purchasing their alcohol directly at retail pricing, either from their favorite store or our preferred vendor store. On the event day, the vendor will deliver product to the venue or we can pick up if your event is outside the delivery zone. We take pride in the fact that we do not apply any markup on the alcohol purchased, and we meticulously calculate and manage all your liquor needs to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
